If there is space at our weekly market, you will receive a phone call shortly after submitting your application. In the event that we cannot accommodate your request to sell, we will keep your application on file, and contact you when space becomes available.

Note that before selling at the East Palo Alto Community Farmers' Market, and in addition to a completed Agricultural Producer Application (online or by mail/fax), farmers and growers are required to submit:

  • Copy of a current Certified Producer Certificate
  • Certificate of liability naming Collective Roots as an insured party

Prepared food vendors are required to submit, in addition to a completed Non-Agricultural Vendor Application (online or by mail/fax):

  • Copy of current county environmental health permit, or food processor's registration
  • Copy of current vehicle vending permit for San Mateo County
  • Certificate of liability naming Collective Roots as an insured party

Artisan vendors are required to submit, in addition to a completed Non-Agricultural Producer Application (online or by mail/fax):

  • Copy of State of California seller's permit
