If you are one of the special few who shopped with us last weekend, you know that our luck finally ran out. The rain came. And it was lame. (Just the rain, not the market. It was as wonderful as ever). But have you seen this Saturday's forecast? It's looking splendidly sunny for our End of Season Celebration.
Here's a small sampling of what we'll have for you:
* our regular selection of fresh fruits and vegetables (your last chance to stock up before spring!);
* hot apple cider (free, to keep you warm);
* lots and lots of free raffle drawings (more than usual);
* representatives from the Master Gardeners of San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties (providing free garden tips);
* an opportunity to make a thank you card for your favorite grower; and
* your last chance to use up those Fresh Checks before they expire.
In addition to our normal selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, we expect to have the following delicious items:
* organic green beans;
* grapes (wow!);
* tangerines, lemons, and oranges (citrus is golden);
* avocados (yes, you heard us);
* pomegranates and persimmons;
* organic veggies, including onions, carrots, celery, and lettuce;
* more greens than you can shake a fist at;
* tomatoes (they're still delicious);
* strawberries (from Salinas);
* nopales, chayote, cilantro, chard, cucumbers, broccoli, mint, basil, and other vegetables; and
* much more!
EBT/food stamps, WIC and Senior FMNP checks always accepted.
* EBT: the market accepts EBT/food stamps every Saturday.
* WIC: we're happy to accept WIC FMNP market coupons.
* EPA Fresh Checks: if eligible, we'll give you $5 to spend at the Market. For more information, click here.

* nuestra selección normal de frutas y verduras;
* bebidas calientes (gratis);
* más rifas (más de dos, y gratis como siempre);
* representantes de los Master Gardeners of San Mateo y San Francisco Counties (con consejo y educación sobre la horticultura);
* firmar una carta de agradecimiento para los agricultores;
* su oportunidad final para gastar los EPA Fresh Checks antes de que ellos expiren.
Además de nuestra selección normal de productos deliciosos, nosotros esperamos tener:
* ejotes orgánicos;
* uvas deliciosas;
* mandarinas;
* verduras orgánicas, incluyendo cebollas, zanahorias, apio, y lechuga;
* jitomates;
* fresas (de Salinas);
* nopales, chayote, basil, cilantro, pepinos, brocoli, mint, y otras verduras; and
* y much más!
