Non-Agricultural Vendor Application to Sell

Thank you for your interest in selling at the East Palo Alto Community Farmers' Market. Please complete the following online application. (For a printable application, please click here). Note that your application is not considered complete until you submit the items listed below.

For prepared food vendors (baked goods, jams, tamales, etc.):

  • Copy of current county environmental health permit, or food processor’s registration
  • Copy of current vehicle vending permit for San Mateo County
  • Certificate of insurance naming Collective Roots as an insured party

For artisan vendors (crafts, art, handmade goods, etc.):

  • Copy of State of California seller’s permit

I request permission to sell at the East Palo Alto Community Farmers’ Market (EPACFM). I produce these items myself, and do not buy and resell them. I have received and read a copy of EPACFM’s Rules & Regulations. I agree to abide by and comply with these rules, cooperate with Market management and pay the required fees.
